Tatiana Sinelnikova & Eugeny Reshetov are the founding partners of Sire.

From 2011 to 2023, they worked together as co-founders of Rhizome, an architecture bureau based in St. Petersburg, Russia.Over this period, they designed and brought to life dozens of projects, earning recognition as laureates and winners of prestigious awards and competitions.

Sire marks a new chapter in their creative journey — one built on deep expertise and experience, yet fully attuned to the demands of a new era.
